Policies

Booking Confirmation - All booking must be confirmed via Email - A booking is considered final ONLY upon receipt of the initial deposit and/or full payment. Client Responsibility - Clients (You) are responsible for providing accurate personal details or information(such as passport/IDs, and travel requirements) - It is your responsibility to comply with immigration and visa regulations. Cait Oasis - We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operator) - We are NOT liable for service delays, cancellations, or changes impose by third parties.

Payment Methods

Modes of Payment - Bank Transfer (BDO, BPI, GCash, etc) - Credit/Debit Card - PayPal - Cash (in-office transaction) Payment Schedule - Initial Deposit: 30-50% upon booking (non-refundable unless otherwise stated) - Full Payment: Due 7-14 days before departure (varies per package) Late Payments - Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation of reservation without refund.

Cancellation Policy

-Cancellation within 7 days of the tour: 50% Refund - Cancellation within 3 days of the tour: No refund - Force Majeure: Full refund or reschedule without additional cost
